Senator Edward Kennedy passed away at age 77 from brain cancer. He had been battling the tumor since May 2008. This man dedicated his life to fighting battles for all of us, particularly civil rights, helping bring peace in Northern Ireland and in healthcare reform…….but poignantly he lost his life to a disease that robs so many and still needs major funding to find a cure.
